Rev. Dr. Ogunremi will be helping us to “Be Brave – Adjust your lens”. This session will be filled with laughter yet full of knowledge and practical applications. Participants will learn to self- reflect on mental models and develop an awareness of the effects of cultural heritage on outlook.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to
    1. Apply the knowledge learned and manage-up when the going gets rough.
    2. Create win/win situations.
    3. Recognize the benefits of being a culturally competent organization.
    4. Assess their organization’s cultural competency levels.
    5. Identify the areas that need improvement.
    6. Distinguish the steps needed to ensure that necessary change occurs.
