BHSHRM is delighted to host our own Jennifer Suich Frank for her discussion on Business Ethics for the Human Resources Professional on March 26th. Jennifer is a licensed attorney in South Dakota and Minnesota, and has been an employment attorney for almost 22 years.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jennifer had several positions in the human resources and benefits field.  Jennifer is a member of the national SHRM, and is on the board of directors for the Black Hills SHRM, having served three years as its Certification Director, and is currently the President-Elect of BHSHRM, to be President in 2020.  Jennifer recently passed her SHRM-SCP examination.

Jennifer will provide valuable information about two areas that are interrelated: Corporate Ethics and Corporate Code of Conduct. Jennifer will expand on corporate ethics to teach what they entail, how to implement them in our organizations and examine how we, as HR professionals, can work strategically to combine our roles strategically with the corporate ethics strategic initiative. Jennifer will then discuss the Corporate Code of Conduct and explain how to design and transition implementation into our organizations.  We will also open it up for Q&A from the audience, so come prepared with  your questions!
