    What you'll learn

This year, more than most, the future seems to be a source of worry and consternation for employers. The EEOC has issued proposed guidance on workplace harassment, the Affordable Care Act is up in the air and the Trump administration is expected to bring big changes to the regulatory environment. This presentation will discuss workplace harassment in light of the EEOC’s guidance.  We will also provide an update on the ACA and a broad overview of the anticipated impact of Trump’s presidency on a multitude of labor and employment laws, regulations, agency guidance and case law.

This session will be used to meet the objective of teaching human resource professionals, executives, managers, supervisors, business owners, in-house counsel, and other professionals how to conduct harassment investigations and be aware of changes to the ACA, as well as other changes that may occur under the Trump presidency.
