    Join us as we welcome Neal Josten from One Source.  Presentation information: Updating Your Background Check Policies: Review the latest legal information regarding Ban the Box and recent judgments regarding the FCRA and the EEOC in regards to background checks.

    Nick is the CEO of One Source and has been with the company for 12 years. Starting in operations, Nick has worked in every position possible at One Source. Nick attended the University  of Nebraska at Omaha and helped start Credit Union Financing out of Colorado. Working in finance was a great stepping stone to One Source as both credit financing and background checks are regulated by the same rules, the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

    Nick is a regular speaker at Local, State and National SHRM / School association conferences and routinely provides Ongoing Education credits for HR professionals to obtain or retain their PHR, SPHR, and other certifications.  

    A father of seven and an avid sports fan you can find him watching sports at any age level. Whether professional baseball or kindergarten soccer it is the spirit of competition that he seeks. Nick also enjoys discovering new places, trying new foods and talking about anything. A lover of the outdoors, he also finds happiness in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and outdoor sports.
