The Black Hills Society for Human Resource Management (BHSHRM) is proud to present this informative two-hour seminar.  It will equip personnel managers with the tools and information they need to make sound and legal employment decisions.  While this seminar will be a “refresher” course to experienced HR managers, please invite your department heads and line-level managers… in offering our member-rate of $15.00 to non-members, it is our hope that this seminar becomes an affordable way for you to offer quality outsourced training to your team.

Participants will learn answers to the following:

    • Which laws apply to my employer?
    • What areas of hiring, managing, and termination are most likely to get me in trouble?
    • How do I spot issues before they occur?
    • What are safe employee management practices?
    • What are the latest personnel management issues, such as minimum wage, for 2015?
